The Sevier River Retreat has the following layout:

 

First floor

- Master bedroom with 2 side-by-side XL-Twin beds with natural latex mattresses and LCD TV

- En-suite master bathroom with jaccuzi tub and walk-in shower

- Half-bath with toilet and sink

- Family room with large LCD TV and pellet stove

- Dining room that seats 6

- Kitchen with stainless steel appliances (Side-by-side refrigerator with ice-maker, convection oven, microwave oven, electric cooktop with vented hood, farm sink, dishwasher, reverse osmosis system for drinking water)

- Laundry room with washer and dryer

 

Second floor

- Bedroom with california King bed and LCD TV

- Bedroom with 2 XL-Twin beds and LCD TV

- Bathroom with large tub/shower combination. The tub has a window with view onto the river.
